Where we ship, how fast, and what it costs.

United Kingdom

Standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48) — 2–3 working days. £3.95, or free on orders over £40.
Next day (DPD) — order by 2pm Monday to Friday for next working day delivery. £6.95.

Europe

We ship to Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Belgium, Spain and Italy. Tracked delivery takes 4–6 working days and costs €9.95, or is free over €75. Prices shown in euros include local VAT and duties, so there's nothing extra to pay on arrival.

Dispatch

Orders placed before 2pm on a working day leave our warehouse the same afternoon. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays go out the next working day. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Food and supplements

Some food and supplement products can't be sent to every country. If something in your basket can't go to your address, we'll tell you at checkout.
