Prices

Prices include VAT at the applicable rate. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.

Your order

Your order is accepted when we email to confirm it has been dispatched. If we can't supply an item, we'll tell you and refund you in full.

Cancelling and returning

See Returns & refunds. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Promotion codes

Codes are single use unless stated, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be combined with other codes. WELCOME10 applies to a customer's first order placed directly on this website.
